some stills from a few animation tests. I'm thinking about just lining the facial features now (rather than the entire figure), but boiling those features continuously. The choice ultimately will have a lot to do with how the BGs and color directions go, but I'm open to whatever works best for the film.

These stills look really good. I like the limited use of lines on just the facial features.
woah. intense stills man. hes got a hard shadow from his hat..thats perfect! I think his face should be a little darker though to escalate how evil! he is. it looks really film like. nice work.
