Hi everyone. So here's "mickey," the first in a new series of short shorts I'm hoping to animate every now and then. This one is an animated phone message from my mom in which she tells me it's time to put my childhood dog to sleep.

Simple, to the point, expressive, and short. That's what I'm going for with these.

part of my new "make more crap" mantra.

wow- I really enjoyed that. You should consider doing a lot more with reactionary animation-- I think you could really create something cool using all those real bits and pieces of your life-- an animated memoir? keep up the good work.

I'm trying to follow that sense too but the "make more crap" mantra is interfering with "my get a job" mantra.

That was the saddest thing I've ever seen, but it's really a nice animation.

It seems like only yesterday you were animating Mrs. Hanna's Dance Party.

THEY GROW UP SO FAST.
